Looking forward to our afternoon teas at the Drax estate Saturday 23rd May 2.30 -6.00 pm. There will be cream teas as well as cakes to take home, tombola, jams and chutney, and plants for sale. We also have local children’s author Heather Chamberlain with her Happy Bottom books and one of her main characters Woofbot! You can also take a walk around Highwood gardens for which there is entry fee Adults £5 and children £2.50 under 6 go free – all proceeds going to our charity. No dogs are allowed on the estate as this is a deer park.
